If something gets damaged or stops working, please inform us immediately. We understand that minor damage happens, and we’ll handle repairs as needed.
We are happy to accommodate changes to your reservation if
possible. Please let us know as soon as possible if you
’d like to
change your reservation so we can plan accordingly.
In the event of a power outage, flashlights and candles are
available in the hall closet. Please let us know and we will report
any outage to the power company or HOA.
Late checkouts or early checkins may be available with advance notice and may incur a fee. Due to the seasonality of our area, we frequently have same day turns, so it can be difficult to guarantee an early checkin or late checkout.
Higher elevations typically have drier air. Humidifiers are provided in each bedroom to help with dryness and improve sleep.
Due to the risk of wildfire, grills of any type are not allowed. During the
spring and summer months, the county may also be under specific fire
restrictions. Local fire restrictions can be found at summitcountyco.gov
There is a Ring Doorbell installed on the outside of the door to your
condo for your safety. Tampering, covering or restricting the camera in
any way will result in immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. If you have a pet in the
unit, this will result in immediate eviction and a $350 cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 7am. This is an older building and
noise does travel between units. Several of the immediate neighbors are
full-time residents, so please be courteous of other residents. Excessive
noise complaints may result in a $250 fine. If another unit is being
excessively loud during quiet hours, please let us know.
No more than 5 people are permitted in the unit. No parties please.
Renters will be responsible for any noise complaints. No visitors after
10pm.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, on the deck or within 25 feet
of the building. You may smoke outside in the parking lot. Please
dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Checkin is at 4pm unless otherwise agreed upon. Checkout is at 10am.
No! It is helpful if you can start the dishwasher, but not required. Please double check that both fobs have been returned to the drawer next to the fridge.
