Using the Fireplace for Heat
Top left thermostat icon shows the thermostat mode. Press the thermostat button to toggle modes. Here are the different options.
Off – keeps the fireplace on until you turn it off.
On – allows you to set a temperature and the fireplace will turn on and off to maintain that temperature. Use the up and down arrows to set temperature.
Fan – To adjust fan speed or to turn the fan on or off turn the round knob on the left side of the fireplace.
Troubleshooting the Fireplace
No beeps coming from the fireplace.
Please notify us so we can send someone over to check it.
The remove/fireplace beeps but doesn’t turn on.
Verify switch on the left side of the fireplace is in the middle position.
If it still doesn’t work from the remote move switch on the left side to the down position to manually turn it on.
