For downtime, the clubhouse arcade includes ping pong, pool, air hockey, and additional games. Guests can also enjoy nearby tennis courts and a year-round playground.

Two key fobs are provided for clubhouse access. Please keep them secure during your stay, as lost fobs may incur a $50 replacement fee.

Clubhouse amenities are shared, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and managed by the HOA. Hours are typically 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; amenities may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or HOA operations.

Pay laundry machines are located in the same building as the clubhouse, with a separate exterior entrance just outside the main clubhouse entrance. Loads typically cost $3–$4 and can be paid for by smartphone. Laundry soap is available for purchase in the laundry room.

Play a match on the community tennis courts, located near Building E, or bring the kids to the playground just uphill from Building A. The playground is accessible year-round, though it may be snow-covered during winter conditions.
