The 750 sq ft condo opens to a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, a crockpot, and pots and pans for cooking. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a vanity/sink; the second bedroom has a queen bed, plus a twin folding bed in the living room.

A locked ski locker on the ground floor keeps your gear safe. The condo is on the second floor, near the parking lot, with a Ring doorbell installed for your safety. Washer and dryer are in the nearby clubhouse (HOA managed, ~$3-4/load).

The Clubhouse

Guests have access to the nearby clubhouse which has a swimming pool, 3 hot tubs and a sauna. The clubhouse is in the next building, 1-2 minute walk. For the sport-loving visitors, there is a racquetball court, a workout room, tennis courts, a playground and an arcade. There are also many hiking trails within walking distance and fly fishing at the bottom the hill, at Silverthorne’s Blue River.
