The Bluebird

After a day of skiing, unwind at the nearby clubhouse with a pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, gym, and arcade. Silverthorne’s vibrant downtown is just a 5-minute drive away.

The condo is a 750 sq foot newly renovated 2 bed / 1.25 bath. It opens to a spacious living room with a flat screen tv and a gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, a crockpot, pots and pans for cooking.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a vanity/sink in the bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a twin sized folding bed to convert the living room to an extra sleeping area.

There is a locked ski locker on the ground floor for safe keeping of your gear. The condo is located on the second floor, near the parking lot. There is a Ring doorbell (exterior camera) installed for your safety. Washer and dryer are located in the nearby clubhouse and managed by the HOA. They will require extra fees to use (approximately 3-4 dollars per load).

The Clubhouse

Guests have access to the nearby clubhouse which has a swimming pool, 3 hot tubs and a sauna. The clubhouse is in the next building, 1-2 minute walk. For the sport-loving visitors, there is a racquetball court, a workout room, tennis courts, a playground and an arcade. There are also many hiking trails within walking distance and fly fishing at the bottom the hill, at Silverthorne’s Blue River.
